A significant share of what you spend on user acquisition can be recovered. Knowing which line items qualify is what makes the difference.

For companies building mobile applications and digital games, user acquisition is usually the single largest cost. Budgets paid to ad networks, store commissions, servers and infrastructure add up quickly — and a portion of those costs can be recovered through government support programmes.
The problem is rarely not knowing the support exists. It is not knowing how the spend has to be documented. How the advertising invoice was issued, which account paid it and which line it was booked to will directly determine whether the application is accepted.
Under this service we both identify the right programme and restructure your spending flow from the outset so that the application will stand.
Who is eligible?
- Having an active legal entity established in Türkiye (sole proprietorships are generally out of scope).
- Being the developer or rights holder of the application or game; where a publishing agreement is in place, being able to evidence the rights relationship.
- Being able to evidence the qualifying spend with invoices or equivalent documents issued in the company's name.
- Payments having been made through the company's bank accounts in a traceable manner.
- Carrying out activity aimed at users abroad, demonstrable through store reports.
What you gain
- Your effective cost of user acquisition falls — the same budget buys more installs.
- You can plan advertising budgets with the recoverable amount already factored in.
- Because qualifying spend is documented correctly from the start, there is no scramble to reconstruct paperwork later.
- Where you qualify for more than one programme, line items are allocated so they do not overlap, increasing total entitlement.

Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Can I apply for spend from earlier periods?
Most programmes require the application to be filed within a set period after the spend. Retrospective filing is sometimes possible; in the initial assessment we look at your spend dates and tell you which periods are still open.
I work with a publisher — can I still apply?
What matters is who incurred the spend and whose name is on the invoice and the payment. If the publisher pays for advertising, the support generally belongs to them. We review your agreement and, in most cases, it is possible to restructure the arrangement so the entitlement stays with you.
Can I benefit from more than one programme at once?
Yes, though as a rule the same line item cannot be supported by two programmes. Allocating programmes so items do not overlap, and total entitlement is maximised, is the technical part of this work.
How are your fees set?
They vary with company size, spend volume and the number of programmes involved. After the initial assessment we present options in writing — fixed fee and/or success-based — with no hidden items.
