Incentive advisory × technology law
Technology incentives
and technology law,
handled together.
With a strong team and more than ten years in the field, we help you secure the government support you are entitled to — and make sure the way you do it stands up legally.
Our services
Two disciplines, one team
When the grant application and the legal structure are handled separately, you lose support you were entitled to and take on compliance risk. We design them together.

Why Magnus?
Advisory does not end when the file is submitted
Incentives and law at one table
When the grant consultant and the lawyer work separately, details fall through the gaps. Here, your application file and your contracts are prepared by the same team, each aware of the other.
Sector-specific knowledge
Mobile apps, digital games, SaaS and software exports each have their own regulation and their own disbursement logic. We work in the language of your sector, not in generalities.
Ongoing follow-up
We stay with you after submission: correspondence on missing documents, disbursement periods, audit requests and regulatory changes are tracked by us, and you hear about them in time.
Transparent engagement
We set out in writing, from the outset, which support items you can expect, how much, where the process currently stands and which document is waiting with whom.
About us
We help technology companies grow faster
Magnus Strateji brings incentive advisory and technology law together under one roof. Since day one we have worked alongside companies that build their product in Türkiye and sell it to the world.
Our approach is simple: you should receive every bit of support the state offers, and the way you receive it should rest on solid legal ground. We do not treat these as two separate jobs.

Regulatory updates and guides
Incentive regulation changes often. We write about those changes, and what they mean in practice, in plain language.
Our first articles will appear here shortly.
Frequently asked questions
Common questions
Which incentives is my company eligible for?
That depends on your field of activity, company type, whether you export, and your location. In a free initial consultation we review your current position and set out, in writing, the programmes available to you and the amounts you might expect.
Why work with a separate firm for incentive advisory?
Application files are formally strict: a missing document, a misclassified expense or a late notification can mean losing support you were fully entitled to. Advisory exists to remove that risk and to run the process without consuming your internal resources.
How long does the process take?
It varies by programme, but once the documents are complete an application usually concludes within a few months. Disbursements then follow the programme's own calendar. In the initial consultation we give you a realistic timeline for your specific programme.
Can I engage you for legal advice only?
Yes. Our incentive and legal services are more effective together, but you are welcome to engage us solely for startup law, technology law or corporate law matters.
How do you keep track of regulatory changes?
We monitor the Official Gazette, the Ministry of Trade and the relevant agencies' announcements. When something affects you, we tell you and explain what it means; significant changes are also published on our blog.
Let's review your position together
In a free initial consultation we look at your current structure and share, in writing, the support you may be eligible for and any legal risks we see. No obligation.
