Magnus Strateji provides incentive advisory and technology law services to companies that build their product in Türkiye and sell it worldwide.
How we work
Working with technology companies, we kept seeing the same problem: the incentive consultant and the legal counsel worked without reference to each other, and the gaps between them landed on the company. A single clause in a contract could invalidate a grant application, or support received would be accounted for in a way that did not fit the company structure.
Magnus Strateji was founded to close that gap. Our incentive specialists and lawyers work on the same file, in the same meeting. When you apply to a support programme, we already know which clause of which contract needs to change.
Today we work with everyone from mobile app developers and digital games studios to SaaS companies and software exporters. On every file we hold to the same principle: we put what we promise in writing at the start, and we report the outcome in writing too.
